Hey babes, we’re back with another highlight! I discovered this lovely lady on The Glowup Podcast, and immediately signed up for her mailing list. Her tips have been helping me get my life together, okay?! Let’s meet this amazing entrepreneur: “My name is Kara Stevens, founder of The Frugal Feminista, a personal finance space committed to helping black women heal their relationship with money so they can live life on their own terms. It’s a mission I’m extremely passionate about because I love black women, understand the power of black economics, and love inspiring and education at the intersection of race, gender, and economics.”
Ugh, a Melanin Queen helping us save our coins, we HAVE to stan! And she has some amazing projects going on right now: “Right now, I’ve opened up my coaching practice. In particular, my Money Therapy for Black Girls is unique in that it provides one-on-one support for black women ready to take their first step in healing their relationship with money. We go deep into the “why” of our money personality so we can rewrite the narratives that keep us from moving forward. I’m really proud of the work I’ve done with black women using my reflective tools, exercises, and “lifework” and I’m excited to help as many black women as I can. My coaching practice has been inspired by my recent book heal your relationship with money, another tool I’ve created to help black women invest in their money and life happiness.” Y’all better get your life and check out her socials!
